As of 9th June 2026, the RERA registration number for Manglam Rambagh Extension Phase 3 and Phase 4 is in its final stages and is expected to be available within the next 1 to 2 weeks.
The earlier phases of the township were launched with the required approvals and RERA registrations, and the overall project is already RERA and BDA approved. The upcoming phases are currently completing the final approval process before the official RERA number is released.
One important update for prospective buyers is that Expression of Interest (EOI) applications have already started. More than 150 buyers have already submitted their EOI and selected their preferred plots. Due to strong demand, the availability of premium plots is gradually reducing. Buyers who are interested in Phase 3 or Phase 4 should consider reserving their preferred plot at the earliest to avoid missing out on their desired location within the township.
The EOI process can be completed by submitting a booking cheque to reserve a plot. Once the RERA registration number is officially issued, the standard payment plan and booking process will be followed as per the developer’s guidelines. Manglam Rambagh Phase 3 and Phase 4 are expected to add around 540 new residential plots to the township. The 60-feet-wide main road is completed and operational. The clubhouse is fully functional, the temple is ready, and residents already have access to facilities such as children’s parks, sports parks, jogging tracks, a swimming pool, gym, landscaped green spaces, and other community amenities. Buyers in the new phases will benefit from infrastructure that is already being used and maintained by the existing community.
The internal roads and infrastructure development within Phase 3 and Phase 4 are also expected to be completed within approximately one year. As the development progresses and the township expands further, many buyers believe this could positively impact the value of plots in the coming years.
Currently, plot prices before the RERA registration are approximately ₹26,900 and ₹27,900 per square yard, depending on the phase and plot location. Certain premium plots may attract additional charges based on factors such as park facing, corner location, wider roads, or other preferred positions.
